B'dayness...

First off, thank you to all who wished me a Happy Birthday on Wednesday (as well as days before!). It was a pretty low-key day. The original plan was to go to Six Flags Great Adventure, but the forecast for the day was rain, so plan B was go to the movies. I went with my mother and my friend Darrell. We went to go see War of the Worlds. That movie was nuts! It's not meant to be scary, but the level of realism in that movie will scare the crap out of you. After the movie, we went to eat at the Olive Garden. We all enjoyed a delicious meal and gave Darrell a crash course in restaurant etiquette. It was a good time.

I'll be going out of town this weekend for family reunion, so i'll be away from my compter for the weekend, for the first time in many weekends. I've done it before, but it'll be weird. At least meeting cousins upon cousins I've never met will be a good diversion until I get back home....
