Have you hugged your toilet lately?

[Listening to: QB3 - Boom! from the album "The Form of Space"]

Well, this weekend sure has been an interesting one to say the least. Thursday Ron and Christian came by and we had a semi-surprise party for Kristina. Fun was had, pizza was eaten, pictures were taken, and Dave and I got together and performed for everyone. Good times. Friday we all got together and played Beer Pong at Ron's request. We used Gary's beer that had been sitting in the fridge for about a week because we couldn't snag our own beer since it was after 9pm. CJ and I teamed up against Ron and Erin. We lost horribly. But we had fun anyway. Ron, CJ, Dave and I made the rounds a few times around the Village. Ron narrated what he saw around him in the style or Randy Newman. He talked so much trash about people, and loud enough that they could hear him. Ron didn't care though, because that's just how Ron is. The highlight of that night was when we found a bottle of vodka on the ground. It was a bottle of Vox, one of the finest vodkas around, and you could tell it was good just by looking at the bottle. We also noticed that there was a little bit left. Dave took the bottle, examined it a little, looked into it, poured some of the contents into his hand and drank it. Apparently it tasted like heaven, although there's the chance that he may have been tasting the saliva of others that enjoyed the vodka before him.

Saturday, Saturday was a lot different. I played Ron in Beer Pong (we got our own beer this time). I played 3 times. I lost all three times. So that was basically 6 beers for me right there. But I wasn't finished. After that game, I made myself a mix drink. It was Mudslide, Cream soda and Rum. 'Twas very tasty. Still wasn't done. I was feeling the buzz at that point. CJ had lost to Ron at Beer Pong, but CJ didn't finish his beer, so I did him a favor and finished it. I decided to go out and take a breather for a bit. As I walk outside, I happen to find my friends Jay and Scott, and Scott has a backpack with him. Said backpack was full of Rolling Rocks. I couldn't say no to Rolling Rock, so I enjoyed that one. A few minutes later I notice Lauren lost ot Ron at Beer Pong. She was in the same situation as CJ, and so I took the beer off her hands. For those that haven't been keeping count, that's approximately 9 beers and about a shot of Rum. You don't need to be a rocket scientist to know how I felt at that point. A few of us decide to go out for a walk, and that was where I made the statement of the night: "I can't feel my lips!" Seriously, my lips had gone numb, and they felt all rubbery and whatnot. Anyway, along the way I see Rich and Will, and Will is tipsy himself. We all walk around and make our way to Josh's in the 7s. We were having fun and whatnot, partially because everything seemed more funny to me and I was laughing in a high pitched laugh, the same Brian from Family Guy laughs when he's drunk. It was about that time that my body decided to let me know that I had enough. That was when I had my first intimate encounter with the toilet. It would not be the last of the night. I was too gone to go back to my room, so I made my temporary bed on Josh's recliner. I braved the storm in my stomach a few times that night, but in the morning I was fine. I cleaned myself up and headed back to my room, but I saw Ron and CJ along the way, and they were heading to the Commons, so I decided to get something in my stomach since most of it's contents were gone at that point.

Sunday, CJ and I drive Ron home. We chilled at his house for a while and then we headed back. It's supposed to be a 90 minute trip, but it ended up becoming a 3 hour ride due to the fact that Worcester Mass. is one gigantic circle. CJ and I left Ron's at a quarter to 5 and made it back to Hartford sometime after 7. After that trip I chilled out for a while, then I went and hung out with Josh. I hung out with him, his sister Becky (who started school here this year) and his friend Jay Stone from Josh's hometown. They had plenty of drinks there, but I made sure I didn't make a repeat of the night before. Plus, I wasn't much in the drinking mood. I had a beer, but I just couldn't enjoy it. Can you blame me?! Anyway, we spent the night playing Monopoly and Texas Hold'em. I wasn't too much in the gaming spirit, but I had a good time anyway. Towards the end of the night, Josh, Jay and I forged a tickle assault against Becky. Fun was had by all, except for maybe Becky, but we all had fun that night.

Monday, still trying to recover from Saturday, my midsection is sore because I used muscles I hadn't used in a while when I threw up. I took it easy, walked around a bit, enjoyed the nice day, called a few people. Nothing too special since I had all the fun I wanted to have in a weekend. Overall, good times were had by all, and I explored a different side of me. Not that I'll be exploring that side again anytime soon, but hey, live and learn.
